AI can be a useful tool for helping draft certain types of emails. From expertly breaking up lengthy passages with bullet points to maintaining a concise and easily digestible structure, AI can prove to be an invaluable tool for email composition. I find this can be especially useful for example when writing official emails to organisations when one is feeling upset or emotional, such as a complaint.

AI can help draft more thoughtful, objectively formatted emails that are more likely to come across well and be more effective, as opposed to a stream of thought and upset feelings.

However, it important that you approach this with a discerning eye and a commitment to thorough review. While AI-generated content can serve as an excellent starting point, providing you with a wealth of ideas and inspiration, it is crucial that you take the time to carefully edit and refine the output.
