Dr. Graves is a school principal in Chicago, Illinois, who is excited to be leading in a community that is thriving due to the way that the staff and families embrace the needs and unique strengths of families who move to the school’s neighbourhood from all over the world for new opportunities. There are over 25 languages spoken at the school, and while most families have had to traverse myriad challenges to get to Chicago, it’s a focus of Dr. Graves’ work to support staff in their work to help students succeed.
Dr. Graves completed his Educational Doctorate Degree from Illinois State University. He’s now passionately sharing his strategic, data-informed work with the world through his consulting work with his project Graves Data Insights, which can be found at gravesdi.com and bio.site/gravesdi. Through his Substack and online posts, he reflects on the current and future impact of AI and data usage on student learning outcomes, following and posting about research trends in this space.
